Tina has over 20 years of experience working in the area of personal injury, and has devoted the last 10 years to medical negligence matters. In 2001, Tina started her career as a legal assistant and graduated from the Toronto School of Business, where she received an Award of Excellence. In 2006, Tina obtained her Civil Litigation Law Clerk Certificate and has had the benefit of working as a Law Clerk on both the defence and plaintiff side of medical negligence claims.
Tina serves as a Law Clerk to senior counsel, Richard Halpern, specializing in birth trauma cases and is involved with the day-to-day management of various medical negligence files from inception to resolution.
Tina treats every client with dignity and respect and enjoys developing a personal rapport with them.
