Gluckstein Lawyers' 5th Annual Risky Business Conference - Starting and Finishing the Case: Common Pitfalls of Medical Malpractice Cases took place using a hybrid model, on October 18, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Our Risky Business Conference aims to educate lawyers, law clerks, health care practitioners, and others who wish to understand the nuanced aspects of medical negligence claims. The primary objective of this conference is to delve deep into the complexities of medical malpractice cases, shedding light on the key issues faced by lawyers, plaintiffs, defendants, insurers, and healthcare professionals alike.
