President's Choice Financial Duplicative NSF Fees

This class action concerns President’s Choice Financial’s (“PCF”) practice of charging multiple Non-Sufficient Funds (“NSF”) fees on a one or more representations of the same transaction for payment. It is alleged that PCF makes these duplicative charges when online vendors attempt to reprocess a single transaction.
