Aviva Insurance Company of Canada v. Danay Suarez, 2021 ONSC 6200

Steve Rastin successfully intervened on behalf of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association to the Ontario Divisional Court in this case to prevent a leading automobile insurer from preventing access to badly-needed medical treatment through the wrongful insistence that any treatment needed to be actually incurred and paid for before it could be disputed at the Licence Appeals Tribunal.
