Traders General Insurance Company v. Rumball, 2024
Steve Rastin and Jessica Golosky, acting on behalf of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, successfully obtained leave to intervene at the Court of Appeal in Traders General Insurance Company v. Rumball. OTLA’s participation was fiercely opposed by Traders. The appeal hearing, which will address post-104 week IRB entitlement, is set to be heard on April 30, 2024 at the Court of Appeal.
