Largest MVA Settlement in 2013

In January 2013, Derek Nicholson secured the largest settlement in Canadian History at the time. Mr. Nicholson won over $15 million in this court decision for clients that were catastrophically injured in a motor vehicle accident. The settlement also produced the biggest structured settlement in Canadian History of $11 million.
