Are there time limits to apply for accident benefits?

A motor vehicle accident involving bodily harm must be reported to police and insurers within seven days (or as soon a reasonably possibly thereafter if circumstances won't permit a report within seven days) for certain benefits. The Application for Accident Benefits (OCF-1) form you receive from an insurer must be completed within 30 days.
