About The Colouring Book
In Support of Three To Be Foundation
Gluckstein Lawyers proudly launch their "ColourMeHappy Colouring Book" at Three To Be Foundation's #RWWR2016 (Run, Walk, Wheel, Roll) event on Saturday, May 28, 2016, in the Gluckstein sponsored PLAYZONE. This colouring book was created for Three To Be's PAL KIT, a care package provided to families with a child diagnosed with neurological disorders.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Gluckstein ColourMeHappy Colouring Contest is open to all Ontario (Canada) residents. Employees of Gluckstein Personal Injury Lawyers (GPIL) and their immediate family or persons living under the same roof are not eligible to enter this contest.
By participating in Gluckstein ColourMeHappy Colouring Contest you agree to grant to Gluckstein Personal Injury Lawyers (GPIL) and the Three to Be Foundation (TTBF), free of charge, nonexclusive permission to use your name in connection with GPIL and/or TTBF promotion, in any media throughout the world, in any way the GPIL or TTBF wants. If you do not want to grant GPIL and TTBF the permission set out in these rules, please do not enter the Gluckstein ColourMeHappy Colouring Contest.
Parental consent is required for any submissions made by persons under the age of 18.
No purchase required.
PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING PRIZES
Winners must submit a coloured photo to be declared a winner.
Winners will be drawn for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd prize respectively; with a total of 3 winners.
The selected winners will be contacted by telephone or email within 10 days following the Gluckstein ColourMeHappy Colouring Contest closing date and should acknowledge his/her prize as instructed by GPIL by no later than three (3) days following GPIL's attempt at contacting the selected winner. If the prize is not claimed within this period, a new winner will be selected.
Once the winners are finally selected and confirmed, they will be announced on the www.gluckstein.com website. GPIL will mail the prize to the winner's address at no cost to the winner.
One prize per winner and/or member within the same family.
DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES
1. 1st Prize: Apple iPad Mini 2 & Your Colouring Picture will be featured in the NEXT Gluckstein Coloring Book which supports Three To Be's PAL Advocacy Program.
2. 2nd Prize: The Ultimate Artisans' Colour Kit; including pencils, pastels, paper and more!
3. 3rd Prize: $25.00 iTunes Gift Card
The prize shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged for an amount of money, nor sold nor transferred. No substitutions will be allowed.
If the prize cannot be awarded as described, GPIL reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of comparable value.
Refusal to accept the prize releases the GPIL, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, of all obligations.
GENERAL RULES
If you are selected as a winner, you, or your parents or guardians, if you are a minor, agree to have your name used for advertising purposes related to this contest, free of charge.
If you are selected as a winner, you, or your parents or guardians if you are a minor, agree that upon accepting the prize you confirm your eligibility of these rules and release GPIL and its affiliates, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, from all liability for any damage or loss arising from participation in this contest or from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize.
Should you make any false statement, you shall be automatically disqualified from the contest.
GPIL, shall assume no liability resulting from losses, delays, mistaken addresses on mail or e-mail received, typographical errors, technical, computer or telephone malfunctions, loss or theft of computer or telephone data, damage to software or computer equipment, fraudulent calls or any other mistake.
GPIL, shall assume no liability of any kind, whatsoever, in any cases in which their inability to act results from an event or situation beyond their control, including more particularly a strike, lockout or any other labour dispute in their place of business or the places of business of the organizations or businesses whose services are used to hold this contest.
All personal information, such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and age is collected solely for the purposes of administering this contest and shall not be used for any other purpose without your consent. By providing this information, you consent to it being used for the stated purposes.
By entering, contestants agree to abide by the contest rules which shall be applied by the GPIL.
All GPIL's decisions are final.
