Ability Online is a free supportive online community for kids, teens & young adults with different disabilities or health challenges. All members have access to amazing role models and mentors as they navigate their journey through the world of living with a disability. They have genuine peer support where they develop friendships and experience a true sense of belonging.

Parents and professionals are also encouraged to become members of Ability Online. Brenda Agnew, Client Liaison, is now running an informative and supportive online forum for parents on Ability Online, helping them navigate the legal system for their child who may have acquired a disability as a result of medical malpractice.
Having a new baby is an exciting time, a time for much joy, and in the aftermath of a complicated labour or delivery, the last thing a parent wants to do is question their medical team. We want to believe that our medical professionals did everything they could to prevent injury to our child. Sadly, the reality is that some birth injuries or complications may have been preventable.
As a content specialist from Gluckstein Lawyers and as a former client with her own experiences to share, Brenda will answer questions regarding birth processes, diagnoses, or care after a child is born. In addition, she will consult with parents who may have questions about incidents which took place prior to the birth of their child, or just about any medical malpractice concerns.
Ability Online is safe, monitored and rich in resources, and it offers helpful skill development modules. It has been incident-free for over 25 years.
Peer support, role models and so much more.
In addition to the online communities where members can connect with one another, there are other free resources such as a library of books for every level reader, games, videos, activity ideas, as well as kid-friendly recipes for the younger members. Older youth and teens have access to learning modules, role models, skill development opportunities, transition tips, recreational ideas and a bullying prevention program.
