Personal injury law pioneer Martin Wunder has passed away
The legal fraternity is mourning the loss of personal injury law pioneer Martin Wunder, who passed away on January 13th, 2015.
A highly respected personal injury lawyer with a career spanning 56 years, Martin was an assiduous advocate for the rights of the injured, and was never afraid to challenge the system in the pursuit of justice.
His passion for mentoring and teaching led him to lecture at the University of Windsor Law School, the University of Windsor Medical School, and Osgoode Hall Law School, as well as throughout Canada and Michigan.
Martin was a proud member of the Advocates' Society, the Law Society of Upper Canada, and the Ontario Trial Lawyers' Association.
