Steve Rastin skeptical about new Ontario automobile insurance plan aimed at reducing costs, fraud

On Dec 5, 2017, Ontario announced the Fair Auto Insurance Plan based on recommendations made by Ontario auto insurance adviser, David Marshall. The aim of the new plan is to make Ontario insurance more affordable by providing better access to care and addressing fraud.
