Steve Rastin thinks Government's power to order vehicle recalls long overdue

Former Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA) president and Barrie personal injury lawyer Steve Rastin tells The Lawyer's Daily it is "incredible" that until recently, the federal government had no system in place allowing for the recall of dangerous vehicles.
