Steve Rastin thinks insurers' excessive profits symptom of broken regime

A report written for the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA) by York University Professor Fred Lazar, concluded that Ontario's auto insurers have amassed over $5 billion during the past five years in pre-tax income.
