Toronto Sun: Ontario drivers pay too much for auto insurance, study says

A study released Friday April 10th, 2015, claims that Ontario drivers overpaid for car insurance by at least $3 billion since 2001. The study by two York university professors, commissioned by the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA), shows that families overpay by $100 to $120 a year for insurance, or $840 million in 2013.
